About Wrecking Belle

After several successful years of being the behind-the-scenes crew for the design & development company Mint Condition Homes, we are open to the public as Wrecking Belle, Inc. dba Builders Collaborative. We are committed to quality construction, historic preservation and community revitalization.

Our General Contractor, Mila Zelkha, is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

Luis Low, Jordan Brown and Mila Zelkha are all EPA Certified Home Renovators and Jordan Brown and Mila Zelkha are Certified Green Building Professionals, having received Green Point Ratings for their work from Build It Green.
